What a great evening of celebration at this year’s Dorset Tourism Awards dinner held at the Tank Museum!

We placed Bronze for Business Events and Wedding Venue of the Year and for Dog Friendly Business of the Year … while a special GOLD award – Customer Service Superstar – went to Pete Abbott at our Tea Rooms!!

Representing BCP Council at the awards was Cllr Vikki Slade, leader of the council; Cllr Lewis Allison; Emma Coveney, Visitor Services Officer here at Upton Country Park; Adam Butcher, our Operations Officer, and Pete Abbott, Food & Beverage Assistant in our Tea Rooms.

We’re constantly working hard on improvements to ensure our lovely visitors can have the best event or day out, so these awards mean a lot to the whole team working behind the scenes at the Country Park.
